Sage Smudge Stick

These mini sage smudge sticks are carefully rolled and tied with natural-coloured string, making them a beautiful addition to your ceremonial cacao practice.

Traditionally, burning sage and other sacred herbs has been used in cleansing and ceremonial practices. Light your sage before preparing your cacao to fill your space with aromatic smoke and mark the transition from the busyness of the day into a more intentional moment.

Use before your cacao ritual, meditation or ceremony or anytime you want to pause, reconnect and come home to yourself.

Approx. 10–11 cm long × 2 cm wide.

How to use
Light the tip of the sage until it catches, then gently blow out the flame and allow it to smoulder. Move the smoke through your space as desired, then extinguish completely after use.

Please note: Never leave burning sage unattended. Use in a well-ventilated area and keep away from children, pets and flammable materials.
