* Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment.
* We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post.
* You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

* Free shipping on all orders over $139 Australia-wide.
* Standard Post $10 flat rate shipping

If you are located in a warm region, we strongly recommend selecting Express Post to minimise heat exposure and protect your cacao.

Local Pickup
 -We offer FREE local pickup for Northern NSW customers from Burringbar, NSW.
 Please select pick up at checkout.

 - We ship with Australia Post. For estimated delivery times or updates regarding delays or disruptions, please refer to the Australia Post website.

Address Policy
 - Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, reshipping fees, or lost packages due to incorrect address details provided by customers.

Responsibility After Dispatch
 - Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, it is under their care and responsibility.
We are not liable for delays, lost parcels, or stolen deliveries once the package is marked as delivered to the provided address.
If you would like to add postage insurance for extra protection (for an additional fee) please contact us before placing your order.

Special Note for Cacao – Heat and Handling during transit

We take great care in packaging your cacao for a safe journey. However, cacao is sensitive to heat and can melt in temperatures over 35°C, just like chocolate.

If your cacao melts during transit, it remains perfectly safe and retains all its beautiful properties. Simply place it in the fridge for 30–60 minutes to reset, then grate or chop it as you usually would, infusing your preparation with loving intention.
