At the TruSelf Collective we honour sacred connection, conscious sharing and integrity in all that we do. This is a sacred affiliate circle to share cacao, community and connection. TruSelf Sharers are cacao lovers who naturally share what they love.
By joining, you agree to the following:
1. Sacred Intention
You agree to share TruSelf Ceremonial Cacao from a place of authenticity and reverence. Cacao is not just a product; it is a sacred plant medicine and we ask that your sharing reflects this.
2. Respectful Representation
You may only share your affiliate link and materials in ways that honour the brand. No spammy tactics, misleading claims or forceful sales approaches.
3. Earning with Integrity
You will receive 10% commission on each successful referral tracked via your link or code. Commission will be paid monthly, and you may request payout once your balance reaches $10 AUD.
4. Transparent Communication
Please use your own authentic voice, experiences and truth when sharing about cacao. If you are compensated or gifted product you agree to disclose that clearly in accordance with local advertising laws.
5. Grounds for Removal
We reserve the right to pause or remove any affiliate who:
* Shares in a way that misrepresents the product or brand
* Violates the sacred nature of cacao or uses exploitative language
* Acts outside the values of community, honesty and alignment
6. Legal Stuff
While we trust deeply in the people we invite into this circle, this agreement is legally binding. You agree not to misuse brand assets or falsely represent affiliation beyond what is granted.
This agreement is governed under the laws of Australia and either party may terminate participation at any time with or without cause.
